Arab Medical Containers Company (AMC) was established in 1981 located in AMMAN-JORDAN and is wholly owned by Hikma Investment Company. AMC is the leading manufacturer of plastic materials related to pharmaceutical packaging in the region and specializes in supplying primary and secondary packaging materials for a variety of products for the pharmaceutical, baby food industry, and veterinary medicine. The company currently produces over 150 different sizes of containers and Jars from different kinds of material including polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and polypropylene (PP).

All AMC products are manufactured under a controlled area in line with international and USA standards CFR 21. Besides plastic bottles and jars, AMC produces a wide range of additional ancillaries such as dosing cups, dosing spoons, child-resistant closures, Silica desiccant child-resistant closures, tamper-evident closures, and sterile ophthalmic containers.
