Position Details
• Department: Quality Assurance
• Reports to: QA Supervisor
• Location: Manufacturing Plant – Sahab
• Work Schedule: 24-hour operation (three shifts)
Job Purpose
The QA Officer will play a key role in ensuring continuous compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all production areas. The role involves monitoring daily operations, reviewing documentation, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and supporting regulatory and quality system activities to uphold product quality and safety standards.
Main Responsibilities
• Conduct GMP rounds and monitor production and packaging processes for compliance.
• Review and verify production batch records and documentation.
• Support deviation investigations and CAPA implementation.
• Analyze data trends to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Maintain and control quality records and logs.
• Collaborate with QC and IPC teams to resolve in-process issues.
• Support product complaint investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Stay updated on regulatory compliance requirements and ensure alignment with company policies.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or packaging manufacturing QA role.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and quality management systems.
• Experience in document control, CAPA, and deviation handling is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of GMP and quality systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CAPA and deviation tools.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Flexibility to work across all shifts (A, B, and C).
