Job Purpose
To support and execute maintenance, engineering, and operational activities for production lines in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The role focuses on ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and safety of production lines while providing technical support to resolve operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all production lines.
- Inspect and assess the condition of production lines and equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs.
- Ensure production lines operate efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime.
- Support the selection, ordering, and replacement of spare parts required for maintenance activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues affecting production lines.
- Support day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations and coordinate with relevant teams as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in maintenance or engineering roles within the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Previous exposure to team coordination or junior supervision is an advantage.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MATLAB.
- Strong English communication and computer skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational demands.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Work Location & Reporting Line
- Position based in the Engineering Department.
- Reports directly to the Engineering Supervisor .
