Position Details
\u2022 Department: Quality Assurance
\u2022 Reports to: QA Supervisor
\u2022 Location: Manufacturing Plant \u2013 Sahab
\u2022 Work Schedule: 24-hour operation (three shifts)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Job Purpose
The QA Officer will play a key role in ensuring continuous compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all production areas. The role involves monitoring daily operations, reviewing documentation, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and supporting regulatory and quality system activities to uphold product quality and safety standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Main Responsibilities
\u2022 Conduct GMP rounds and monitor production and packaging processes for compliance.
\u2022 Review and verify production batch records and documentation.
\u2022 Support deviation investigations and CAPA implementation.
\u2022 Analyze data trends to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
\u2022 Participate in internal and external audits.
\u2022 Maintain and control quality records and logs.
\u2022 Collaborate with QC and IPC teams to resolve in-process issues.
\u2022 Support product complaint investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
\u2022 Stay updated on regulatory compliance requirements and ensure alignment with company policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications and Experience
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in chemical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
\u2022 1\u20133 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or packaging manufacturing QA role.
\u2022 Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and quality management systems.
\u2022 Experience in document control, CAPA, and deviation handling is an advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Skills and Competencies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Technical Skills:
\u2022 Strong understanding of GMP and quality systems.
\u2022 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
\u2022 Familiarity with CAPA and deviation tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Soft Skills:
\u2022 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
\u2022 Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
\u2022 Time management and problem-solving skills.
